There are plenty of estate agents (inmobiliarias) in Spain who will take on any property and market it. We do not.
- We do not waste your time showing you properties when you visit that we feel are not right for you, (your Criteria Brief is important in this regard).
- Nor do we take on properties that we feel have nothing much going for them.
- We only take on a property that has a particular asset or assets that make it interesting to buy. This may of course be simply that it is exceptionally good value. But more than this we look at: location (proximity to facilities such as hospitals, shops, social amenities etc); aspect (views, areas for shade and sun); potential for modernization, extension, or renovation; the likelihood of new building in the area; the potential value growth of the area.
- We spend time traveling on a regular basis looking for properties that fit the criteria we believe are right to make it sensibly marketable, and an attractive purchase.
- We are closely connected to the local community and surrounding communities and actively seek properties where the owners may only just be deciding to sell. This means we will often have properties other inmobiliarias will not.
- We can arrange accommodation for you, either rental or hotel for your visit, should you wish it.
